WHAT IS MICRONEEDLING?
Microneedling is a treatment where a roller with tiny needles is moved along the skin. The needles in the pen produce micro punctures in skin, which enhances the absorption of skincare products. It can also cause an increase in the skin’s collagen production, which helps minimize fine lines and scarring from causes like acne, pore size, skin texture, and complexion issues.
WHAT DOES MICRONEEDLING HELP WITH?
Microneedling helps with wrinkles, acne scars, pore size, uneven tone, texture and more. When microneedling, you’re creating micro punctures in your skin, which promotes the production of collagen. Microneedling also creates pathways that allow skincare to access deeper layers of the skin. This action triggers a natural healing response, which produces new collagen and elastin in these areas. The result is brighter, bouncier, younger looking skin.
WHERE CAN I MICRONEEDLE?
Avoid sensitive, compromised skin, which includes eyelids, open wounds, active acne and raised surfaces like moles.
CAN I USE THE MICRONEEDLE TO IMPROVE MY EYE AREA?
You can use the dermaroller under your eyes to treat dark circles. You can also use it along the fine lines by your crows feet. Use with caution! These are sensitive areas.

We recommend that you use your Hydrapebble tool three times a week. However you can safely use this tool once a day depending on your skin tolerance. When you first begin using your roller, make sure that you start off slowly to test the sensitivity of your skin.
WHAT SHOULD I AVOID WHILE MICRONEEDLING?
Do not use microneedling while on Accutane or taking AHAs/BHAs. Avoid microneedling while using any ingredients that might irritate your skin. Some Retinol-based creams are ok to use in conjunction with microneedling, but you should perform a small patch test on your skin before using the Hydrapebble on your entire face.
