How do I use the BEAUTY POPS™ Glow Enzyme Frozen Mask?

Pour 1 scoop of the BEAUTY POPS™ Glow Enzyme powder into each silicone ice mold and add water up to the “fill line” marked inside each mold. Stir well with the included spatula until it turns into a nice paste. Insert the pops handles into the molds short side down. Place the tray into the freezer for 3-4 hours. Your pops are ready! Gently peel the mold away from the pop. Pass the pop under running water to wet the surface. Apply the mask on your face and neck, avoiding contact with eyes and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off with cool or cold water. We recommend using ourcleansing facial spongeto gently remove the mask. You will see the immediate benefits from the combination of ice therapy and superfoods. 

How do I use the BEAUTY POPS™ Soothing Barrier Frozen Serum?

Pour the serum into the ice molds until the fill line. Place the sticks short side down into the molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Gently peel the mold away from the pop. Pass the pop under running water to wet the surface. Apply the frozen serum on your face and neck, avoiding contact with eyes. Leave on for 10 minutes. You may massage the remaining serum into the skin and wipe away any excess. Continue with your skincare routine. Our calming serum is packed with a fusion of soothing antioxidants. Calendula, green tea, cucumber and nourishing ceramides combined with cooling ice therapy to visibly firm and hydrate the skin. This unique calming and reparative formula reduces redness, dryness, and irritation while supporting the skin barrier.

How often can either BEAUTY POPS™ be used?

We recommend using it every other day. Use 3 times a week for best results— in the mornings for a fresh wake-me-up glow or baby your skin at night with a nourishing facial treatment. Luminous skin is instant!

Can someone with sensitive skin use BEAUTY POPS™ Glow Enzyme Frozen Mask and Soothing Barrier Frozen Serum?

Our BEAUTY POPS™ formulas are made with ingredients that are safe for sensitive and acne prone skin. However, we do recommend patch testing to see how your skin reacts to it as everyone’s skin is different. But most customers with sensitive skin have given us feedback about how amazing their skin feels after using our pops!

Are BEAUTY POPS™ vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We are vegan and cruelty-free. You will find us under PETA's Animal-Test Free List, and we are part of their Beauty Without Bunnies Program.

How many BEAUTY POPS™ applications do you get?

BEAUTY POPS™ Glow Enzyme Frozen Mask: One jar yields about 12-14 pops.

BEAUTY POPS™ Soothing Barrier Frozen Serum: One bottle yields about 8-10 pops.

There are two molds in the ice tray. Do I have to use two BEAUTY POPS™ for one mask application?

You only need to use one mold/pop for one application. The second mold conveniently allows you to have another pop ready for future use.

The sticks don't fit in the ice tray! Are they defective?

Please try flipping the sticks. Inserting the stick one way won't fit into the tray, but flipping the stick the other way usually does!

My BEAUTY POPS™ Glow Enzyme Frozen Mask looks like a different color than before. Is there something wrong with it?

We work hard to provide you with the best plant-based and food grade ingredients for your skin. Since our products are derived from nature, the raw ingredients may slightly vary seasonally in color and texture.

How long can you keep BEAUTY POPS™ in the freezer?

We recommend using the pops within 2 weeks of first freezing for best results but you can keep in the freezer up to 2 months.

SHIPPING

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

Sometimes the following situations can occur with packages marked as delivered: 

  • The package was delivered and left somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen
  • Someone at home or a neighbor may have accepted the package on your behalf 
  • The package was marked as delivered a few days in advance--this is common and ends up showing up a day or two later!

Please allow 3 business days (Monday-Friday) past your noted delivery date for these possible delays in receiving your package. We advise checking your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and other areas near your home. We also recommend asking neighbors if they may have received the package for you. 

If the package hasn’t arrived after 3 business days or in the event that the shipment has been stolen, please send us an email to hello@loveandpebble.com with your order number and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible!

For damaged or defective items, please reach out to us at hello@loveandpebble.com  with photos of the package/item and your order number. We will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

We are only shipping to the US (including Puerto Rico) at this time. Please check Urban Outfitters for international shipping options as they may ship our product to your country.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with Love & Pebble, we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. We offer returns and exchanges on purchases that are returned within 30 days of receiving the items. Items you wish to return for a refund must be mailed back with our shipping label and received by us at Love & Pebble.

A refund for the product value will be processed back to your original payment method minus a $5 flat fee for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund minus the $5 return shipping will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
