HELP! The shipping company lost my package!

Depending on the shipping method you chose, we allow 4 weeks for your package to deliver from the date your package leaves the warehouse. If the package does not move within 4 weeks, you have the option to refund or re-ship the product. This is us absorbing the shipping company’s mistake so we appreciate your patience in ensuring the package is truly lost. 


Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with Love & Pebble, we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. We offer returns and exchanges on purchases that are returned within 30 days of receiving the items. Items you wish to return for a refund must be mailed back and received by us at Love & Pebble.

You are responsible for return shipping. A refund for the product value will be processed back to your original payment method minus the cost of shipping. If purchase was made at Urban Outfitters or Amazon, please see or return policy.

Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping and we recommend using a trackable service as lost return items cannot be reimbursed.

We will respond to you within 24 hours after receiving your e-mail.

If you purchased a bundle or qualified for a free product, the free product must also be sent back with your entire purchase for a full refund.  If an item is missing, we will not issue a refund.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

If you’ve been notified that you’re receiving a refund, but it has been more than 5 business days since the notice has been issued, please contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted to your account.
